Festival of Entrepreneurship Registration Terms
By registering for the Festival of Entrepreneurship, you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Payment
- All delegates must complete registration and submit full payment to confirm their attendance.
- Payments must be made through the official event payment gateway or bank deposit as an option.
- Once payment is processed, delegates will receive a confirmation email and gain access to the event app/dashboard.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds will be issued for non-attendance, regardless of the reason
- If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, registered delegates will be offered a credit for a future event or a full refund.
3. Data Privacy & Security
- We take your privacy seriously. All personal and payment information is securely stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, applicable local laws).
- Your data will only be used for event-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
4. Event Access & Conduct
- Registered delegates will receive login details to access the event platform.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct without refund.
5. Changes to the Event
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or format if necessary.
