By registering for the Festival of Entrepreneurship, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

All delegates must complete registration and submit full payment to confirm their attendance.
Payments must be made through the official event payment gateway or bank deposit as an option.
Once payment is processed, delegates will receive a confirmation email and gain access to the event app/dashboard.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds will be issued for non-attendance, regardless of the reason
If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, registered delegates will be offered a credit for a future event or a full refund.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and payment information is securely stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, applicable local laws).
Your data will only be used for event-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Event Access & Conduct

Registered delegates will receive login details to access the event platform.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct without refund.

5. Changes to the Event

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or format if necessary.
